Pre-tour dates Completed
Graham and The Happy Sinners have
performed two warm-up live shows in Bunbury (Prince of Wales Hotel) and
Fremantle (Railway Hotel) over the last fortnight, and now Graham, Saxon and
Donna are scheduled to be heading east to the Guitar Heroes:Guitar Fest
in Sydney, October 1st - 9th.
GH:GF Festival Dates
All of Graham's gigs are at the
Bridge Hotel in Rozelle, making it easy for festival goers to find him.
He will be performing on some songs as a guest artist with Steve Flack's
Guitar Heroes on Friday the 5th, where he will be sharing blues duties
with an all-star lineup of talent. Saturday the 6th sees Graham with his
live band featuring ex-Ice Tiger alumni James Pool on drums, playing
with Sydney 70's legends Kahvas Jute featuring Dennis Wilson, Tim
Gaze and Bob Daisley (of Ozzy Osbourne, Yngwie Malmsteen, Rainbow and Gary
Moore fame). Rounding out the the bill for this show are The Bulli Lama
and The Simon Shapiro Band.
The Australian Guitar Magazine Best Guitarist Competition is being
held at The Bridge on Sunday the 7th, where Graham is a guest judge, and
will be performing a special exhibition set with his band after the
competition has finished.
Apart from his live gigs, Graham will be
appearing at the Music Lifestyle Expo held at Balmain Town Hall
on Oct. 6th and 7th. He will be at the Ormsby Guitars stand on
Saturday afternoon, and will be at the Crossroad Guitars stand for Wegen
Picks on Sunday before the guitar competition. Graham's current release
CD Leap Of Face will be available at all gigs, as well as at the
Ormsby Guitars stand at the Music Lifestyle Expo.
Resonance For Release
Making its debut at Guitar Heroes:Guitar Fest is the solo CD from
Donna Greene, titled Resonance (Spirit Of Man) - a collection
of five songs gathered from Leap Of Face and Club Voodoo with the exception
of the title track, which was written in 2007 and dedicated to the Stop
Child Executions Campaign. The CD will be available with Leap Of Face at
the festival and expo, where the SCE Campaign (find online at
www.stopchildexecutions.com) will be featured at the Amnesty
International stand.

The GG X-Press Interview
Graham was recently
interviewed by X-Press Magazine editor Bob
Gordon for the mag's 22nd Birthday Issue. Bob
chatted with Graham about his upcoming tour, influences
and plans for the future, among other things such as
passing on good information and practices to the younger
generations of players, and the effect of the passing
