Ormsby and Greene appear
in Australian Guitar
The July 2006 issue of Australian Guitar Magazine (left) is a
veritable feast of WA talent, with a feature story on the master
luthier himself, Perry Ormsby, as well as a page dedicated to
his association with Perth "guitar genius" (unquote) Graham
Greene. The GG6 and GG7 are featured in the Hot Gear
page, and the GG6 is in this issue's Ormsby ad. In addition, Perry and
Graham join WA acoustic guitar maker Andrew Ellis and national
guitar personalities such as Tim Rogers in a multi-artist interview on the topic of Tone.
The coverage is topped off with the
inclusion of The Vowels Of The Earth from Leap Of Face
on the Free CD that accompanies each magazine. On the cover featuring
Angus Young, a photo of Graham can be located centre bottom next to
fellow West Australian ex-pat Mark Lizotte, AKA Diesel.
